This policy explains what data Sub4Sub Pro collects, why, and how it is protected. By using Sub4Sub Pro you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Account info — your name, email address, and password. Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text or recoverable form) before being saved.
- Linked YouTube channel — the channel ID and title you provide to link your channel, used to check subscriptions.list against campaign channels via a server-side API key. We never see or store your Google account credentials.
- Wallet & activity data — coin balances, transactions, campaigns you create, and subscriptions you complete.
- Payment data — when you buy coins, Razorpay processes your payment directly. We store the resulting order ID, payment ID, and amount — never your card, UPI, or bank details, which never touch our servers.
How we use it
Solely to operate Sub4Sub Pro: authenticating you, tracking your coin balance and campaigns, and processing coin purchases. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Encryption
Passwords are hashed (scrypt, with a unique salt per account) before being stored.
Third-party services
- Google YouTube Data API (public video/channel lookups, via a server-side key — no OAuth access to your Google account)
- Resend (delivering signup verification and password-reset emails)
- Razorpay (payment processing for coin purchases)
- Our database and hosting providers, to run the application
Data retention & deletion
We retain account and wallet data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the address on our Contact page.
