Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data SubEarn collects, why, and how it is protected. By using SubEarn you agree to this policy.

What we collect

  • Google account info — your name, email address, and profile picture, provided by Google Sign-In.
  • YouTube OAuth tokens — access and refresh tokens with youtube.readonly scope, used only to check whether you are subscribed to a specific channel through a campaign you interacted with.
  • Wallet & activity data — coin balances, transactions, campaigns you create, and subscriptions you complete.
  • Payment data — when you buy coins, Razorpay processes your payment directly. We store the resulting order ID, payment ID, and amount — never your card, UPI, or bank details, which never touch our servers.

How we use it

Solely to operate SubEarn: authenticating you, verifying subscriptions against the YouTube Data API, tracking your coin balance and campaigns, and processing coin purchases. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Encryption

OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) before being stored, and are only decrypted server-side at the moment a verification call is made.

Google API Services User Data Policy

SubEarn's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data obtained via OAuth is used exclusively to verify a subscription you performed through a campaign — it is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with third parties, and no human at SubEarn reads it outside of debugging a report you raise yourself.

Data retention & deletion

We retain account and wallet data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the address on our Contact page.
