Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers coin purchases made on SubEarn through Razorpay.

Coins are non-refundable

Coins are a digital, in-platform balance credited instantly on successful payment. Once credited, coin purchases are final and non-refundable — including coins that have since been spent funding a campaign. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged back to currency.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment is deducted from your account but coins were not credited (a failed or duplicate transaction), contact us with your Razorpay payment ID within 7 days. We will verify the transaction and either credit the missing coins or process a refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation.

Unauthorized transactions

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, contact us immediately so we can investigate alongside Razorpay.

How to request a refund

Email support@sub4subpro.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment/order ID. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
